UTC datetime is not accepted in Connect-REST mapping

Summary



Administrators see an error while mapping UTC format date fields to GMT in Connect-REST.

Error Messages



String "1970-01-01T09:31:07.000Z" is not a date time.


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create Connect-Rest
  2. Call a service which returns UTC date value in JSON format.
  3. Map the UTC date value to a datetime property value.


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules PRPC not converting UTC date format to GMT date format while invoking connect-rest.
