Validation message is vanishing when cursor is on coaching tip

Summary



User's deployment scenario includes Customer Process Manager (CPM) HC 7.1.3 on Pega 7.1.7.
On Find Member screen without entering Enrollee ID or any other search criteria field, if submit button is clicked on screen, user gets a validation message: Please enter Enrollee ID, this message is clearing or disappearing when the user hovers on Coaching tip icon.


Error Messages



Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce



1. Run CPM Portal
2. Click New Phone Interaction.
3. Click on Find New Member screen
4. Click on Submit without entering Enrollee id. Validation Message is displayed. Now hover on Coaching Tip icon, screen gets refreshed and messages gets vanished.


Root Cause



Issue is with Smartinfo popup. Opening a smart info internally triggers reload section. The section reload is clearing out the messages by default.


Resolution



This issue is resolved by HFix-22470.
