Validation is not working in a repeating tree grid

Summary
User has a repeating tree grid where required validation is working for parent Item, if the values are not entered, but it is not working for the child items in the grid.
This behavior is sporadic in nature. The configuration done for the property is marked as required field only.

Steps to Reproduce
1.Configure a page-list to a tree grid, then map some properties.
2.On the UI make the properties mandatory.
3.Add child items and do not give values in the mandatory fields.
Root Cause
Clientvalidation parameter is not set when child nodes are expanded, it is required to send parameter for client validation.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix item HFix-21527.
