Summary
A case is submitted without providing details for the mandatory fields. However, validation is skipped even when Required is set to Always.

Steps to Reproduce
- Make an input field as a Required field
- Proceed the case without providing any value to the required field
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules. Client side templatization is turned off at the harness level.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Go to the harness on the Advanced tab
- Enable client-side template UI
- Select Pega default
