Validations bypassed while rescheduling the reports

Summary
While using the out-of-the-box Schedule Report functionality, all UI validations are bypassed on deleting the existing schedule and rescheduling the report.
User is able to schedule the report to a previous date and also bypass mandatory fields validation.

Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Reports.
- Click Schedule.
- Delete the existing Schedule task and close the Schedule Reporting task page.
- Click Schedule and click the Update button.
- Remove the mandatory fields and click Save. An error displays for a moment and the system allows the Save ignoring error.
- Select a past date in the Start date and click Save. An error displays for a moment and the system allows the Save ignoring error.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
On clicking Update, the user was not navigated to the Perform harness where the post processing activity with validation was setup. Instead, the user stayed within the Review harness.
Resolution
Change the Update button in Pega-ScheduledTask-Reporting.Review to launch the Perform harness and re-open the task item instead of performing the out-of-the-box Update action.
