Values do not display in the case type dropdown for 'Determine correct work type' Assignment created on the Exception case of Unknown work type.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create an Exception case of Unknown work type or change the case type to Unknown for an existing Exception case.
  2. Perform 'Determine correct work type' when a new Exception case of Unknown work type is created or perform a change case type for an existing Exception case.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
