View full history button does not work
In a Class Rule, the View full history button does not work.
Steps to Reproduce
Open a Class Rule and navigate to the History tab.
Click the button View full history.
An issue in the custom application code or rules
After Pega 7.1.6 installation, several issues arose. The system administrator customized the installation steps. Most notably, the database users did not include any privileges. Furthermore, the SQL for rulebase setup was generated manually. The reported problems could not be reproduced even after three attempts. Perhaps the SQL scripts were not run properly. Although no errors were shown in the database, a stored procedure (most likely a trigger) not compiled properly was the suspected cause because of the nature of the problems reported.
Because Pega installation is straightforward, the suggested approach of reinstalling Pega 7.1.6 following the documented steps carefully without customization was advised.
Reinstalling Pega 7.1.6 resolved the issues.
