Visual Business Director does not launch due to Console errors

Summary
When a user tries to launch to Visual Business Director console, the console fails to load with the below errors.
Error Messages
On Screen:
An error has occurred. Check your Java console for details.
In Java Console:
security: Missing Application-Library-Allowable-Codebase manifest attribute for: http://<server_name>:<port>/vbd/vbd-applet.jar
security: Validate the certificate chain using CertPath API
Steps to Reproduce
Try to load the Visual Business Director console.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
Resolution
Wrong Key performance indicators (KPI) was chosen for Visual Business Director (VBD) planner and as outcome in KPI is case-sensitive, opted for outcome same as of used in Interaction History (IH).
For VBD, KPI was pointed to un-used KPI, which was AVG Spend (not-used KPI). And in the IH table (FACT Responses), user was storing positive response as "accept" however in KPI, user was selecting "Accepted" as outcome (case-sensitive).
Suggested to change KPI as "Total Accepts" in VBD planner as shown below:
