The 'wait for review' smart shape does not work for the second child case.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a parent case
- Create a child case, so the parent flow waits for the child to complete
- On completion of the child case, create another child case by returning to a prior point in the parent flow. The parent case does not wait as expected even though the smart shape is configured
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules. The dependent case pointed indirectly to the child case targeted. The child case was a subsequent child under the top level child case.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:Update the dependency on the smart shape to point to the targeted open case.
