Wait shape condition is not evaluated

Summary
The Wait shape condition is not resolved correctly. When the work object meets a particular condition, it does not proceed to the next task in the case stage. Hence, the work objects remains in the Wait condition.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a flow with a Wait shape.
- Set the condition to wait for the work object to meet a particular status.
- Create a service (or activity) to change the work object status such that it meets the criteria set in the Wait shape.
Root Cause
Wait shape waiting on the same work object is an invalid configuration. The flow does not proceed to the next task after the status is changed to Pending Approval.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Route an assignment to a workbasket or to invoke the Resumeflow activity manually after updating the status.
