Warning displays on invoking internal activity

After a migration from Pega 7.2.2 to Pega 8.2.1, in the System Integration Testing (SIT) environment, a warning message displays in the activity rules on invoking any internal activity.

Error Messages

Use of an internal activity from another ruleset is not recommended. The calling signature of these rules may change over time, or they may be deprecated completely. Consider using non-internal activities instead. This incorrect practice has not been justified

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Migrate from Pega 7.2.2 to Pega 8.2.1
  2. Create a new activity
  3. Invoke the internal activity from the new activity. The warning message displays in the new activity

Root Cause

The text boxes are invisible as the rule is not checked out. Hence, it is impossible to add justification for the warnings.

Perform the following local-change:
Check out the rule and modify.
