Warning on opening an already opened work object

When user opens a work object that is already opened, user sees the below message on screen, even when the work object is open in the review harness and it is not locked.

Error Messages

Work Object Type (WO-123) is already open.
Would you like to reopen the item and lose any unsaved changes?

Steps to Reproduce

Try to open a work object that is already open in the tabs.

Root Cause

This is working as intended.

Pega does not discriminate between the Review and Perform harnesses when checking to see if a work object is open.

This is due to the fact opening the object again will refresh the object display and a user could lose their place in a large or long work object with many fields.

The product is working as designed.
