When clicked on link, work object opens in perform mode
Summary
Whenever the user is opening work object from Dashboard on click of link, the work object is opening in perform mode instead of review mode.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Launch the manager portal.
2. Open any assignment from the workbasket that are listed in the portal and observe that it opens in the perform mode.
ROOT CAUSE &
Resolution
The reason why the assignment opens in perform mode is because the on click event for that assignment does an "Open Assignment" which will surely open the assignment in perform mode.
Note: The workbaskets that the users are able to see when they launch portal are listed based on the access group/work group present for that operator, that means the operator has access to all those work baskets.
And the functionality for the worklist assignment and the work basket assignment would be similar of having "Open Assignment".
Hence, the user has to customize the dashboard based on the requirement by using either "Open Work by Handle" on the click event instead of "Open Assignment" which opens the case in the perform mode.
