When condition in Actions tab of button not working

Summary
A few actions are configured on a button in a section. One of the actions always executes despite the When condition configured on it.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a button with a few actions.
- For any action, configure the When condition. The When condition does not work correctly and the action is always executed.
Root Cause
The property used in the When condition was not displayed in the UI initially. As a result, the property was not loaded in the Document Object Model (DOM) and the When condition was not executed correctly.
Resolution
As a local-change, add the property in the UI using the pxhidden control.
