Summary
A declarative index is defined on an embedded page.
The index should be executed on commit, not in obj-save step, but the system executes the declare index on Obj save step instead of Commit step.
Resolution
There is a confusion between the name of an activity showing on the trace and the actual database activity.
The DB Query option in a trace can be used in this situation to avoid the confusion which was experienced.
