User has configured a button with visibility when condition and reports that When rules configured in the visibility is not getting fired.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create Repeating grid in section.
2. Add custom buttons in action top area.
3. Open button property dialog box and try to apply when rule to disable button.
4. Observe that When rule which is applied to disable button is not getting fired.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-31921.
