When rules are not correctly displayed

Summary
The conditions on the "Advanced" tab are not dispalyed for localized users.
Error Messages
No error message.
Steps to Reproduce
- Connect with localized user
- Open a when rule that has conditions on the Advanced tab
- Go to advanced tab
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules where the reload of the section is not happening for localized users.
Resolution
Apply HFIX-25017 which updates the "pzWhenTabListener" section defined in Rule-Obj-When class to handle the localized tab titles.
