When using a laptop screen some of the top bar options dissapear

Summary
If we select any of the links present in the portal header (for eg Dashboard or Cases or other options) and then we decide to open other link for eg: Dashboard and click on Dashboard, the options(links) on the portal header disappear off the screen (including the search and logoff options).
They can still be found by tabbing through but they no longer display on the screen.
This is happening for operators of a specific access group.

Steps to Reproduce
Have a access group with accessbility enabled in the advance tab of the rule.
- Log in to the application
- On Dashboard screen
- Select Reports or Cases option
- Navigate back to Dashboard
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules
If the accessibility is enabled, the font size will be increased as a result the menus are not getting adjusted in the header and are disappearing.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Add the icons for all the controls in the header and give class name as "create-icon" in the presentation tab, advanced presentation options .
Icons will be displayed when ever the elements in the header are not getting adjusted.
