Summary

When customer clicks on Edit/ View word ducument in create specification popup window  specially in 42 version of chrome, it doesnot work.
Customer uses MS Office 2010. The same functionality works well with previous version of Chrome and even with IE 

Steps to Reproduce

1.  Click on Application, Expand it 
2.  Click on Specification 
3. Click on Create specification button 
4. A popup window will open 
5. Click on Edit/View Document 
6.  Installation of silver integration continously comes even if it is installed 

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is the defect in chrome version 42.

Resolution

As this defect is not a customer/pegasystems bug. 
42 version of Chrome has disabled NPAPI related plugins like Java, Unity and Silverlight hence the issue is happening.
