Word-wrap does not work in Rich Text Editor

Summary
Word-wrap does not work in Rich Text Editor (RTE), and instead adds a horizontal scroll bar. This issue occurs only in Internet Explorer browsers, and when a single long line of text is input.
The same issue was found in RTE when in read-only mode, however a hotfix resolves this issue (see: https://pdn.pega.com/support-articles/wordwrap-not-working-read-only-rich-text-editor-control).

Steps to Reproduce
- Open RTE in Internet Explorer
- Add any single, long line of text with no spaces (for example, "wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww") or a long URL
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-37871.
