WordWrap is not considering the cell width

Summary
Developer has configured a repeat grid with 32 columns and in one of the columns for the cell word wrap functionality is used, so now when the text is long enough the text should get wrapped according to the cell width but it is not happening that way and the entire column width is shrinking due to the word wrap functionality.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a repeat grid with source as report definition.
2. Include 32 columns. For one of the column use word wrap.
4. During run time observed if the length of the text is more the text gets wrapped but not according to the cell width.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application configurations.
Resolution
Uncheck the allow column resizing option in the below screen shot.
