Steps to Reproduce
Run the work indexer.
Root Cause
The Work Indexer files have been corrupted by an initial filesystem out-of-space error.
Resolution
1. Stop the Work Indexer.
2. Add space to the Work Indexer directory
3. Remove Work Indexer files
4. Restart the JVM
