Work link correspondence fragment is not working



In correspondence user has configured the Hyperlink.

In email, when clicking on link an alert popup is displayed.

Error Messages

"Disabled Link"

Steps to Reproduce

1.Create an correspondence with an active link.
2.Open the email and click on the link.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


Perform the following local change:

Open show HTML rule of class Data-Corr-Email:

In function disableAnchors, make the change:

Before the change:

 function disableAnchors(frameDoc) {

    for (i=0; i<frameDoc.links.length; i++) {
        frameDoc.links[i].href = "javascript:alert('Disabled link: " + frameDoc.links[i].href + "');"; 
        frameDoc.links[i].target = "";

After the change:

function disableAnchors(frameDoc) {
    for (i=0; i<frameDoc.links.length; i++) {
    /*    frameDoc.links[i].href = "javascript:alert('Disabled link: " + frameDoc.links[i].href + "');"; */
        frameDoc.links[i].target = "_blank";
