Work object did not advance to next stage

Work object did not advance to next stage after the flow was completed.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

Try to advance the work object to next stage.

Root Cause

The pzOnProcessEnd activity runs when a flow is completed to invoke the case type and route the work object to the appropriate process or stage. There is a When condition on step two that checks the pxStageFlowID of the current flow. If this property is not populated, the activity exits and the work object will not be routed to the next process or stage. There was a flow error earlier in the processing of this work object that was resolved by running RetryProblemFlow. It is likely that the pxStageFlowID property was not set when the flow was resumed.

Perform the following local-change:
  1. Write an activity to open the work object.
  2. Call pxChangeStage to route the work object to the appropriate stage.
  3. Commit the changes.
