Summary

Work object (WO) header tooltip is not getting localized.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create Field value rule for WO header text
2. Provide translation in localized version of that Field value.
3. Check at runtime that the header is not getting localized

Root Cause

Only static text can be localized

Resolution

The explanation for this behavior is as follows: Only static text can be localized and its like a dynamic text where case ID will vary for every case. This is not supported by PRPC.
