Work Object Not Found



When user opens up the work item in Production Environment, the screen immediately shows them the error message "The work object was not found in the current application", which causes a major downstream impact on their daily work flow, unable to close the work item and so on.

Investigated on this error and realized that these properties was not populated as per the expected results:
- pxCoveredInsKeys
- pxCoveredCountOpen

Error Messages

When user opens up the work item, the error message shown on the screen is "The work object was not found in the current application”.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Case Manager portal.
2. Create a parent work object with one child work object.
3. Open the parent and child work objects in separate tabs, both in a Perform harness.
4. Add another child work object using the AddWork menu item. Now you should have a child work object open on each tab.
5. Go back to the tab for the first child work object, save the work object, then close all of the tabs.
6. Try to open the second child work object from the cases list.

Root Cause

User did not have the stale check for the pyworkcover page in the saveCovered activity.
