Summary
Pega Platform 7.1.9 is upgraded to Pega Platform 8.2.1.
After the upgrade, the work object opens in a new window instead of a new tab.

Steps to Reproduce
- OpenDeveloperForm privilege for any of the roles.
- Open or create a work object in the End User portal. The work object opens in a new window instead of a new tab in the work area.
Root Cause
The panel set used was deprecated.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Change the panel set in the harness to screen layout.
