Summary

For users belonging to a particular access group e.g."ABC: Analyst", styling of a work object is being rendered distorted, flow action is rendered with a large amount of whitespace on the right hand side of the screen and a horizontal scrollbar appears for the left hand side. This behavior does not occur for users of other access group. Both access groups point to the same application.

Steps to Reproduce

Launch a user portal belonging to ABC:Analyst accessgroup and bring up a work object.

Root Cause

Rulesets listed as production rruleset weren't referenced in 'Application' rule production ruleset list.

Resolution

To resolve the reported issue, list the production rulesets in the Application rule in addition to listing them in the Access Group rule, this is in accordance with Pega product help.
