Work object is submitted though validation errors are present

Summary
The user has configured a date field with a validation which checks if the date is a future date. Even after getting the validation error work object is submitted.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a flow , with a flow action and section configured
- Add a date property into the section
- Configure Action event as : onChange -> refresh this section and run an activity
- In the activity, write logic as below, to check if the date entered is in future or not.
- Run the flow and try to enter the future date, such that a validation message gets added onto the pyWorkPage.
- Try to submit the flow .
