Work tab displays customer name incorrectly with &

Summary
When a list item ID containing an ampersand ("&") is displayed in a work tab, the string is displayed with html encoding "(&").

Steps to Reproduce
1) Log into application.
2) Click Create New.
3) Perform a search with last name as "CompanyName & CompanyName".
4) Open the result and notice that the name is not displayed properly in the tab.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-26872.
