WorkBasket and WorkList does not dispaly properly in Dashboard

Summary
User is not able to see the list of cases under the work list. User has saved the section “pyGroupBasketWork” in their application rule set, but it does not get picked at run time. At run time, Pega is picking the out-of-the-box (OOTB) section.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Login to the the PRPC portal as Team user.
2. Navigate to landing page for Team user.
3. Select 'Impacted Team Workbasket'. Observe that there is no work item for user, under work list view.
Root Cause
The user saved the OOTB section 'pyGroupBasketWork' to their custom class 'ABC-Work' and user was trying to add this section to another section "pyDashboardMiddle" which belongs to 'Data-Portal'.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by saving all the sections or rules belonging to a portal class 'Data-Portal' to the custom class 'ABC-Work' and ruleset. User also cleared the cache and restarted the server instance.
