WorkBasket disappears on multiple clicks on checkboxes

Summary
The Workbasket and the Bundle Summary disappear on multiple clicks on checkbox. The issue is observed on IE9 browser.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Log in to the application.
2. Select "Offer Negotiation" for a particular user.
3. Check and uncheck the checkboxes multiple times. Workbasket disappears.
Root Cause
The non-auto generated control are used which have API calls. These API calls are asynchronous in nature, due to which the reported issue occurs.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by HFix-23022.
In this HFix, the validation code is verified at server side after request is received. The request is processed only after validation. The activities, InternalManageBasketContent and InternalManageBasketAdd are updated to add the record only when the offer page is populated correctly.
