Workbasket list does not refresh on dashboard refresh



After you complete a bulk transfer of assignments and click on the dashboard page, you see a stale view of the workbasket/worklist contents. Instead of showing the updated count of the workbasket/worklist it shows the counts from before the bulk transfer.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Bulk transfer items from one workbasket to another.
2. Click the dashboard icon to return to the dashboard and redisplay the workbasket.

Root Cause

This is the default behavior of Case Manager portal.


This issue is resolved through the following Local-change:

1. Open the "pyCaseMgrWATab" section.
2. Save-As it in your ruleset.
3. Open Properties of Tab - 1 (the Dashboard properties). Check "Refresh When Active" option as shown below.
