Summary

The worklist tab in OOTB "pyCaseManager7" doesn't refresh on active. "Refresh when active" option could be configured for Dashboard tab, but not Worklist tab as it uses dynamic container. Due to this  getting errors.

Error Messages

Unable to open an instance using the given inputs

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a work item from user work list.
2. Move the work item to next step in the flow.
3. Come back to work list tab
4. Open the same work item

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. 

The worklist tab should refresh automatically instead of throughing error if not refreshed explicitly.

Resolution

This issue is resolved through the following local change: 

Make the worklist as static tab beside the dashboard n configure Refresh when active on it.
