Workobject gets closed with error validation on screen

Summary
The user has a workobject with error validation. When the user closes the workobject(WO), the WO also closes.

Steps to Reproduce
Open a case and it should have validation messages.
Select “Close Work Flow” action from menu action or click on 'X'
Root Cause
A software use or operation error as the action configured on the button/icon was incorrect.
Resolution
Apply the below Local-Change:
Change the configuration as below:
