WorkObjectPage page still remains in clipboard work object has been resolved.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create case with resolve stage.
2. Check the "Delete open assignments upon resolution" at resolution stage
3. Check the clipboard after resolving the case
Root Cause
In the "pxDeleteAssignmentsForWork" activity the WorkObjectPage is being deleted at 14 step, when local.isPrimaryPageUsed is false. WorkObjectPage should be deleted when local.isPrimaryPageUsed is true.
