Summary



The user complains that an issue is occurring while closing the work from Manager tools bulk action opened work.


Error Messages



com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRAppRuntimeException: page does not have an object class (pxObjClass property)


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the CPM Manager Portal.
  2. Click Manager Tools.
  3. Click on Bulk Actions
  4. Close the tab.

Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules
