Summary

Wrap Text not Working in Sections.

Error Messages

No error message but text is not getting wrapped.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login with Requestor
2. Enter 400 - 500 Characters in Comments
3. Submit the Case
4. Click on the Requestor Screen
5. Comments are not wrapped.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in customer application code/rules.
Customer has not checked wrap text check box in certain sections.

Resolution

This issue is resolved through the following local changes: 
- Set the 'set Height' property to "set to content" [in the first section].
- Checking 'wrap text' check box.
- Set 'Edit Options' property to "Auto".
