Write to IS_FACT_RESPONSE table externally

Summary
Developers have recently upgraded from 6.7 to 6.7.1 and enabled the webservice functionality.
The Next Best Action (NBA) method (executeAllProducts/executeAssessment) will be consumed by a downstream fulfillment system to provide the NBA offerings outside of the CDM application.
Requirement->
The requirement is to have a closed loop and capture those external deals(performed in fulfillment system) in CDM application so that the HISTORY tab on Recommendation Advisor (RA) application shows those NBA offering details.
Resolution
Suggested using the out-of-the-box(OOTB) updateResponse() webservice API to insert the record into IS_FACT_RESPONSE table.
