Wrong assignee shown in review harness for CLM child case

The enrichment assessment is custom CLM child case. The Enrichment assessment has been re-assigned to Issuance Agent after the Partner Manager took the action.

The user can find the assignment in the Issuance Agent worklist, but in the Navigation Summary the assignee is still the Partner Manager.

Error Messages

Assigned to field shows previous operator who performed action on a case rather than currently assigned person. In CLM review hardness assignee is not shown at all.

Steps to Reproduce

Create CLM Case with chanel set to Financial Institution and credit as a product and go through flows .
In contract data step make sure you leave at least 1 checkbox "has data been confirmed" unselected up to reach Due Diligence stage where Enrichment assesment case should be automatically created and assigned to Partner operation.
With Partner operation user perform assignment and the case is routed to Partner Manager. Login as Partner Manager and perform assignment and escalate back to Partner operation.

Root Cause

To fix this issue HFix-31492 has been provided. The user has customised the rule by performing save-as of the rule NavigationDisplayProcesses from RuleSet 07-22-01.

Hotfix has changes for NavigationDisplayProcesses in Ruleset 07-22-02;; Hotfix failed to resolve the issue.

Re-saving NavigationDisplayProcesses from 07-22-02 and then applying custom project specific changes on top of it to fix the issue.
