Wrong custom modal format name is getting picked
SummaryUser is launching flow on click of navigation link present in portal header, which launches a flow on modal dialog.
In configuration user has used customized modal template and modal format which are defined in application skin.
While launching on UI the modal template which is defined as section is getting reflected but not the modal format which is defined in skin.Header is getting displayed though header is set to Display:none in skin rule for the modal style.

Steps to Reproduce1.Create a Navigation rule.For one item in navigation rule configure onclick launch flow in modal dialog.
2.Use custom template and custom format for modal dialog.
3.In custom format style, set modal title to display:none in skin rule.
4.Run case and click on the link.
5.Observe two headers are coming.
Root CauseA defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
In Document Object Model (DOM) observed, css class name for modal dialog div tag should be "custom_modal_xxx" but rendered as "Custom_modal_xxx" .
Due to this even if header is set to display:none, it is getting displayed as correct style format is not rendered.
