Wrong Dispute Reason Code is allowed for Visa ATM transactions.



Mastercard created a Dispute on Visa ATM transaction and seleted reason code 77. Visa rejects the charge back saying
<Message>Invalid combination of DisputeGroupCode, DisputeReasonCode, QuestionnaireDescriptor type, DisputeRuleSetCode, and MCC for the jurisdiction.</Message>

But Pega allowed to select RC 77 based on the answers for anciliary questions.

DisputeGroupCode: 500
DisputeReasonCode: 77
MCC: 6011
