Wrong number of rules shown during verification of install

When verifying the installation of Smart Dispute v7.21 there seems to be a mismatch between the number of rules in the system and the number shown in the installation manual.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

Verify a Smart Dispute for Issuers v7.21 installation based on ruleset version counts.

Root Cause

The system is working correctly.

Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:

The documentation displays a list of rulesets with their versions, and the count of rules for each. The verification instructions request the installer to verify the correct ruleset versions are listed. It is expected that the number of rules will differ, as additional rules are present on the system shown in the documentation as compared to a fresh install of Smart Dispute.
