Wrong pxIcon based on when rule shows when app is switched

Summary



User has an icon associated with each application. It is stored as a same name in each application ruleset
When the application is switched, the icon does not change. The same icon is picked.  


Error Messages



Not Applicable.


Steps to Reproduce



1. Create two different applications with same name logos.
3. Log into one application and switch to different Application  or background.
4. Observe that the Logo is not loading as expected.
5. On Manual refresh the correct logo displays.


Root Cause



Images were getting cached and wrongly picked on refresh of the section.

Resolution



Perform the following local-change:

Append unit time stamp to the image source, so that each time image gets picked by making a server call.
