XDS Import generating XML streams as 'Not Available'
Summary
User is attempting to interact with external interface through JMS service.
On importing the XSD from external interface, few of the XML Stream Rules were 'Not Available' which is giving errors while user is trying to use them in Activity and Data Transform. On check out and trying to make that rule available, it is giving errors.Error Messages

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment, Property conflicts were present.Resolution
Removing unnecessary Properties resolves the issue.
