Cannot update XML Stream or XML Parse rules using IE 11.

Steps to Reproduce
1.Open PRPC 6.3 SP1 in IE 11.
2. Create a XML Stream rule.
3. Add an element and attribute of it.
4. Attempt to update properties of element/attribute.
Root Cause
IE 11 is not natively supported in PRPC 6.3SP1
Resolution
IE must be placed into compatibility modes, according to the PDN articles:
