XSD simple elements not being parsed

Summary
When user tries to load the XSD file using the Connector Metadata Wizard, the elements in the XSD are not shown in the list for selection.
Error Messages
No error messages. The elements are not shown in the list.
Steps to Reproduce
Launch Connector and Metadata Wizard and upload the XSD.
Root Cause
This is an expected behavior, the simple elements are just declarations so that they can be used in the complex type elements. The Connector and Metadata Wizard only shows the complex type elements.
Resolution
Correct the XSD to include the complex type elements.
