Smart Dispute for Issuers, Application Fraud, Visa Legacy Demo: Part 2 Fraud Investigation

A customer, Sarah Laytham, previously claimed that a fraudulent credit account was applied for in her name.  A fraud claim was opened by customer service representative Kelly Goodhue. The case is now in the queue of dispute specialist Anand Bullock. Anand must qualify the fraudulent credit application claim.
