In this demo, a customer, Simon Levert, previously called to dispute a transaction, claiming that the purchase was paid by another means (not by the Visa charge card). The Visa customer service rep, Kelly Goodhue, opened a dispute case. The case is now in the queue of dispute specialist Anand Bullock. Anand must resolve the disputed transaction using Visa legacy fund recovery.
