In this demo, a customer, John Phelan, previously called to dispute a transaction. John purchased and then returned a necklace, but the credit never appeared on his statement. The Visa customer service rep, Kelly Goodhue, opened a dispute case. The case is now in the queue of dispute specialist Anand Bullock. Anand must resolve the disputed transaction using Visa Claims Resolution.
